Yes! VIMS is a mobile referral service. This means the specialist comes to your practice to see the patient. This has several advantages:

• The patient stays in a familiar environment, reducing stress.
• You as the referring veterinarian can be present during the consultation and learn from the specialist.
• Your client relationship is maintained — the client stays with your practice.
• Diagnostic equipment (portable ultrasound) is brought to your practice.

The service area covers Kanton Zurich, Graubünden, and St. Gallen.

For advanced diagnostics requiring CT or endoscopy, appointments can be arranged at partnering clinics equipped with the necessary facilities.
